The applicants/respondents have prayed for withdrawal of amount deposited by the appellants.

The learned A.G.P for the appellant-State has objected for the same.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and after perusal of the impugned judgment and award, the respondent is permitted to withdraw 50% amount on furnishing usual undertaking to the

11-fast-24051-15 satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) 6.

The remaining 50% amount shall be invested in fixed deposit, till disposal of the appeal. FIRST APPEAL (ST) NO. 24051 OF 2015 Learned AGP for the appellant seeks four weeks time to the pay the costs of Rs.3000/- as per the order dated 1st March, 2019.
