1] This application is filed by the petitioner seeking an out of turn final hearing in Writ Petition No.1929/2017. 2] After considering the submissions of the learned Advocates for the respective sides and the learned AGP, the following factors need consideration :- [a] It is informed that this Court had heard the litigating sides for hours on 21.09.2018.
The following order was passed by this Court (Coram: Rohit B. Deo, J.).

2] Rule.
3] No case for grant of interim relief is made out. The prayer for interim relief is rejected.
[b]The petitioner carried the order to the Hon'ble Apex Court and by order dated
caw242.20.O.odt 11.03.2019, Special Leave Petition No.5546/2019 was dismissed.
[c] The respondent original appellant has superannuated during this journey of litigation on 27.10.2015 and the management has not deposited any back-wages in this Court.
3] When called upon, the learned Advocate for the petitioner management submits that the management is willing to deposit 50% of the back-wages which are likely to be around Rs.34 lakhs. (Rs. 17 lakhs will be 50%) 4] The learned Advocate for the appellant is agreeable for a final hearing.
5] The petitioner management submits that it will deposit 50% of the amount, on or before 21.02.2020, on instruction from Mr. Chakradhar Jagoba Donadkar present in the Court.
6] Considering the above, civil application is allowed.
