DATED : FEBRUARY 07, 2020 This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking permission to bring on record legal representatives of the respondent No.1, who died on 22/08/2019. It is pointed out that the petitioners became aware of the same after the writ petition was filed. The details of the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1 are given in paragraph No.3 of the application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the said legal representatives are permitted to be brought on record. Consequential amendment be carried out within a period of one week. Upon amendment being carried out, issue notice to the said legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1, returnable in four weeks.
