After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, when I have shown my disinclination to grant bail, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file the fresh application if there is no progress in the trial and requested for expedite the trial.

Considering the pendency before the learned trial Court of criminal proceedings, this Court is only of the view that the trial Court can be directed to expedite the trial and dispose it as early as possible.
