Misc. Civil Application St. No. 1158 of 2016 Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that due to inadvertence, the objections could not be removed within stipulated period. He further submits that the petitioner has raised certain material grounds in challenge to the order/communication issued by the Secretary and is seeking reinstatement on the post of Assistant Teacher in the respondentschool.
