For the reasons stated in the application which relates to some communication gap, the delay of 18 days in filing the application seeking revision is condoned.

The civil application is allowed and disposed of.

Misc. Civil Application St. No. 1158 of 2016 Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that due to inadvertence, the objections could not be removed within stipulated period. He further submits that the petitioner has raised certain material grounds in challenge to the order/communication issued by the Secretary and is seeking reinstatement on the post of Assistant Teacher in the respondentschool. Learned counsel further submits that if time .....2/-

For the reasons stated in the application and in view of the submissions of learned counsel for the applicant, the application is allowed subject to removal of office objections within two weeks from today.
