The present application has been filed for condoning the delay of 245 days caused in filing the first appeal. 3.

The contention is that the appellant No.1 has no sufficient source of income, therefore she could not file the appeal within the stipulated period. The appeal came to be filed after arranging the amount.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 opposed the application.

The appeal is a statutory right and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay of 245 days caused in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of. The appeal be registered and numbered accordingly.
