The learned Addl.G.P states that the proceedings are pending at the stage of Vigilance Cell enquiry and the same are expected to be completed within a period of six months. 2.

Considering that the Vigilance Cell enquiry is an important component and that various caste claims are pending before the Scrutiny Committee, six months period given by the learned Addl.G.P. is reasonable. Accepting the statement of the learned Addl.G.P. made on instructions, Writ Petition is disposed of.
