Mr. Kedar, learned counsel for the respondents has tendered across the bar an affidavit along with Resolution dated 02/07/2018, in which vide decision on Item No.15, it is stated that the selected and wait-listed candidates for the year 2015 are not to be considered for appointment, in view of the vacancies existing, in view of which, it is contended that the petitioners will have to challenge the said decision.

Ms Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioners, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge the Resolution dated 02/07/2018.

Leave is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All questions are kept open. No order as to costs.
