Since both these applications for pre-arrest bail arise out of Crime No.1/2020 registered with Police Station, Ural, Tah. Balapur, Dist. Akola for an offence punishable under Sections 353, 332, 294, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code,they are heard together. Heard Mr. A.M. Tirukh, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. P.S. Tembhare, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for non applicant-State. Also perused the reply filed on behalf of the prosecution and investigation papers. After hearing both learned counsel and after perusing detailed reply, when the Court was about to dismiss these applications, Mr. Tirukh, learned counsel for the applicants submits that he has instructions from the applicants to withdraw the applications.
