Perused the letter of District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Wardha, dated 26.06.2019, for extension of time to conclude trial in Special (POCSO) Case No. 76 of 2015 by six months i.e. till 17.12.2019.

The record would reveal that by common judgment of this Court dated 26.10.2018 in Criminal Confirmation Case No. 1 of 2018, Criminal Appeal No. 85 of 2018 and Criminal Appeal No. 119 of 2018, case is remitted to Special Court for holding de novo trial in Special Sessions Case Nos. 76 of 2015 and 77 of 2015 and in part 3 of the operative part of the order, it is directed that the trial to complete within a period of six months from the date of framing of the charge.

2307conf1.18 From the request letter received, it appears that the charge is framed on 17.06.2019. Accordingly, time to conclude trial in above referred case is granted till 17.12.2019, as prayed for.
