Heard learned Advocate for the appellant and learned AGP for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Now the appellant wants to implead Special Land Acquisition Officer as a party respondent. Learned AGP submitted that the appellant ought to have joined acquiring body i.e. VIDC also as one of the respondent. It is submitted on behalf of the appellant that VIDC was not a party before the reference Court.

Special Land Acquisition Officer be joined as party respondent No.2. Ultimately, it is a choice of the appellant to whom he should join. He will have to face consequences if VIDC is not joined as a party. The civil application is disposed of.
