CORAM : P.N. DESHMUKH & PUSHPA V. GANEDIWALA, JJ.
JANUARY 29, 2020.
Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
This application is filed by the applicant/ respondent No. 4 seeking further time of six weeks for making payment of compensation to the extent of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rs. Five lakh only) as per order passed by this Court on 10.10.2019, stating that due to financial constraints he is unable to arrange funds and submits that he is contemplating substantial amount by borrowing from his known sources and states that six weeks time may be granted as a last
2901appw21.20 chance.
The record reveals that after passing order on 10.10.2019, on one occasion time was extended for depositing the amount.
Having considering the prayer for extension of time by way of last chance, the same appears to be reasonable. Accordingly, we extend time for depositing amount of compensation by further period of six weeks from today.
S.O. to 16.03.2020.
