DATE: 18.02.2020 The applicant is arrayed as accused 5 in Crime 441/2018 registered with Akot (City) Police Station, Akot, District Akola for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

A statement is made that the co-accused who have played a more significant role as compared to the applicants are already released on anticipatory bail by this Court. Illustratively, Wasim Khan, Shaikh Lukeman and one other are released on anticipatory bail.

This submission is not disputed by the learned
21ba76.2020.odt 2 APP Shri Vinod Thakre. In this view of the matter, on the principle of parity and for the reasons recorded in order dated 13.01.2020 in Criminal Application (ABA) 852/2019, the application is allowed.

The applicant shall be released on bail on executing P.R. bond of 25,000/- with one solvent surety ₹ in the like amount.

Applicant is directed to attend Police Station, Akot (City), Dist. Akola thrice in a week i.e. on every Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday and shall be with the investigating officer from 11.00 a.m. to 05.00 p.m., till filing of the charge-sheet.
