By this application, appellants are seeking stay to the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 05/09/2019 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division at Achalpur in LAC No. 11/2014.

On depositing the entire amount of compensation within a period of four weeks along with accrued interest, the effect, operation, and implementation of the judgment and award dated 05/09/2019 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Achalpur in LAC No. 11/2014 be stayed till disposal of the appeal. 3.

On failure to deposit the amount within above said period, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
