In the light of what has been held by the learned Full Bench of this Court in the case of Kalpana Wd/o Vilas Tarang and another Vs. State of Maharashtra and others [2024 (4) MhLJ 312], the impugned order dated 20.10.2022 is hereby quashed and set aside and the matter is remitted back to respondent no.2 to decide the claim of the petitioner in the light of decision of Kalpana (supra).
