23rd March, 2017 Though prayer for condonation of delay is opposed by the learned counsel for the non-applicants, considering reasons mentioned in the application, the delay stands condoned.

Civil Application is allowed and disposed of. -0-0-0-0Misc. Civil Appln. St. No. 1824 of 2016 : Perused the review application and reply thereto. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The contention that the non-applicant no.2 was

entitled to difference in arrears of salary only till July, 1997 was not raised in the writ petition filed by the applicants. This point, though available, was not urged when the writ petition was heard. Merely on the basis of subsequent adjudication of another writ petition, the judgment dated 7th and 8th October, 2014 cannot be reviewed. I do not find any error apparent on the face of record.

Hence, application is rejected.
