OCTOBER 09, 2025 1) The petitioner has challenged the order dated 26/10/2023 passed by respondent No.2 Deputy Director of Land Record, Amravati Region, Amravati.

2) Learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents State submits that the petitioner is having an alternate and equally efficacious remedy to approach the State Government. 3) In view of above, the petition stands disposed of as not maintainable with liberty to the petitioner to approach to the State Government. The petitioner to file an appeal within four weeks. All the contentions are kept open.
