DATE : February 22, 2017 CAF No.372/2017 Perused the contents of the application, in which it has been stated that the applicant intends to furnish solvent surety of his wife, who is owner of the land admeasuring 2 H 46 R from field Survey No.262. Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The claimant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the balance amount on furnishing solvent surety of his wife. Surety shall submit undertaking that the aforesaid property shall not be alienated and that third party rights in that regard shall not be created.

Civil Application is disposed of.
