CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 227/2010 Considering the fact that on 13.04.2010 ad-interim stay in terms of prayer clause (a) was granted and this ad-interim order was thereafter continued on 21.07.2010 which order continues to operate even today, the interim stay shall continue to operate during the pendency of the appeal. The civil application is allowed and disposed of.
