Since petitioner no.3-Jamunabai had expired after the order dated 12.01.2018 was passed, the prayer made in the application needs to be granted. Hence, the respondent-Western Coalfields Limited is directed to issue the cheques in the name of Shobhabai Dharma Madavi for the amounts of Rs.5,49,393/- and Rs.2,31,717/- for and on behalf of all the applicants. The cheques should be positively issued within two weeks. The civil application is allowed and disposed of. W.P. NO.1652/2017.

The petitioners are permitted to delete the name of Smt.Jamunabai from the array of the petitioners. The amendment should be carried out within one week.
