After hearing Shri S.V. Sirpurkar, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri V.A. Thakare, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the non-applicant No.1/State and Shri Aakash K. Sorde, learned counsel for the non-applicant No.2 extensively, when the Court was not inclined to grant relief, Shri S.V. Sirpurkar, under instructions, wants to withdraw the present Criminal Application.

His statement is accepted.
