Heard. Rule. With consent, the petition is heard finally.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the fair price authorisation which is granted in its favour, is stayed in appeal preferred by respondent 3 vide order dated 14-1-2022 rendered by the Deputy Commissioner (Food, Supply and Administration) Amravati Division, Amravati.

I note that the order impugned is an ad interim order. 4.

While I am not inclined to interfere in the writ jurisdiction, it would be appropriate if the petitioner is permitted to prefer an application for vacating the stay, and the same is considered by the appellate authority expeditiously.

The petitioner shall appear before the appellate authority on 17-2-2022 and shall, if so advised, file an application seeking vacating the ex parte interim order or in the alternate for final hearing of the appeal.

6.

If such an application is preferred, the appellate authority shall either confirm or reject the interim relief or in the alternative may dispose of the appeal finally, within next fifteen days.
