Heard learned counsel for the respondent No.1. Perused the application. It appears that interest amount is lying in this Court. The respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount as per order dated 11.07.2018 deposited by the appellant/insurance company. However, interest amount was not paid as no direction were given in the said order.

In view of the above facts, the respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the interest amount as prayed for. Civil application is allowed.
