The Petitioners have filed this Petition directly before this Court, as the Debts Recovery Tribunal is not functioning. It is a common ground that the Debts Recovery Tribunal has resumed functioning and the forum is now available and therefore, it is not necessary to entertain the Petition.

Civil Application No.433 of 2022 is filed for extension of time for depositing the amount. The time granted to deposit the amount by the order passed on 3 February 2022 has expired today. Till date, the amount is not deposited. No further indulgence can be granted, more particularly when the forum is available. 3.

Both the Civil Application and the Writ Petition are disposed of.
