1] The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that this is a motion for speaking to the minutes of the order passed by this Court on 20.1.2020 Civil Revision Application No.9/2020 is pending before this Court and the statement recorded in the order dated 20.1.2020 was without prejudice to the cause of action set out in the civil revision application. The said statement is not found in the order.

2] I do re-collect that this was a statement made by the learned Advocate for the petitioner when the order was passed. As such, this motion for speaking to the minutes of the order is allowed. The following sentence shall be added to paragraph 3 of the order

2 caw210.20 dated 20.1.2020:- "This order and the offer made by the petitioner would be without prejudice to the cause of action raised in Civil Revision Application No.9/2020."

3] The corrected copy of the order be uploaded.
