The applicant is seeking bail in Crime 344 of 2019 registered at Nagpuri Gate Police Station, Amravati for offence punishable under sections 307, 326, 504, 506 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The submission of the learned counsel is that the applicant was also injured in the incident. My attention is invited to First Information Report dated 28.10.2019, which refers to the recording of the statement of the applicant at the District Hospital, Amravati.

Considering the affidavit in response, and the statements of the witnesses and the material to which a reference is made in the said affidavit, I am not inclined to grant bail, at this stage.
