This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal. The ground given in the application is that the applicant no.1's 6 years old son was suffering from brain tumor. The applicant no.1 has placed on record the case papers regarding the illness of his son. During the pendency of the proceedings, the applicant no.1's son succumbed to the ailment.

Taking into consideration the genuine difficulty on the part of the applicants, we are inclined to allow the application though Mr. P.V. Kulkarni, learned counsel appearing on behalf respondents no.1 to 5 and 7 vehemently opposed the same.

The application is, therefore, allowed. The delay is condoned.
