Heard learned counsel for appellant and learned counsel for respondent No.2 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1 and 3. The only correction pointed out by learned counsel for parties is that the word per "acre" is appearing instead of per "hectare" in the third line from bottom in para 3 of the order. The correction be accordingly carried out.
