At this stage, Shri Mahesh Rai, learned Counsel states, on instructions, that he may be permitted to withdraw the application and the trial Court may be directed to expeditiously conduct the trial.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn. The trial Court is requested to complete the trial expediiously and as far as possible within six months.

If there is no substantial progress in the next three months, the applicant shall be at liberty to approach this Court again for bail.
