DATED : FEBRUARY 13, 2018 This is an application filed by respondent no.1/claimant for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by appellant in this Court. Respondent no.1/claimant has submitted that since the land in question was the only land he was having and further that since he is a poor agriculturist, he may be permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court. Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed and respondent no.1/ claimant is permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited in this Court - 50% on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and balance 50% amount on furnishing usual undertaking. The application is disposed of.
