This is an application for correction of order dated 21st December, 2023 in Civil Application No. 3219 of 2023.

This Court vide above referred order permitted the respondent nos.1-A and 1-D to 1-G to withdraw the amount. However, inadvertently as regards the permission to the respondent no.1-B to withdraw the amount was not mentioned.

Accordingly, correction be carried out in above referred order and thereby in place of 'respondent nos.1-A and 1-D to 1-G' in paragraphs 8 and 9, be mentioned as 'respondent nos.1-A, 1-B and 1-D to 1-G' and order be uploaded afresh.

The civil application is disposed of.
