By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent nos.3 and 5 to consider the candidature of the petitioner for appointment on the post of Live Stock Supervisor and appoint her in terms of Government Resolution, dated 19.10.2007. It is stated on behalf of the respondent nos.2 and 5 that after the filing of this writ petition, the selected candidate i.e. Ms. Priyanka Tande has been appointed on the post of Live Stock Supervisor. The petitioner has not amended the writ petition after the appointment of Ms. Priyanka Tande. In the absence of the joinder of Ms. Priyanka Tande, the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted.

In the result, the writ petition is dismissed, with no order as to costs.
