The learned counsel for the Petitioners states that the Petition was directly filed in this Court in respect of action under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, as the Debts Recovery Tribunal was not functional. Now, the Debts Recovery Tribunal is functional. The Petitioners can agitate all the grievances before the Debts Recovery Tribunal.

We dispose of the Writ Petition keeping all contentions open.

On deposit of Rs. One Crore, ad-interim order was granted on 03 February 2022. The learned counsel for the parties state that the amount is deposited.

The ad-interim order granted in this Petition will continue for three weeks. We make it clear that the ad-interim order will end after three weeks and fresh order, if any, will be passed by the Tribunal on its own merits without being influenced by the order of this Court.
