The appeal is already dismissed as per the order dated 12th February, 2019 for want of prosecution. Sufficient time has been granted to the appellantInsurance Company to take steps. Till today, the appellant-Insurance Company has not taken any steps. The amount deposited needs to be paid to the original claimants. It is told that respondent No.1-Shantabai has expired and her legal representative will take appropriate steps before Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Washim. 2.

In view of that, the following directions are issued.

1.Nazar is directed to transfer an amount of Rs.1,15,251/- alongwith accrued

2.The legal representatives of respondent No.1-Shantabai are at liberty to take steps for bringing them on record.

3.The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Washim is at liberty to take appropriate decision.

4.After completion of the said procedure, the amount be transferred to the bank account of appropriate person.

5.Record and Proceedings be sent back as early as possible.

6.Application is disposed of.
