DATE : 03/02/2023 Misc. Civil Application No. 132/2023 seeks extension of time to complete the arbitration proceedings.

The stage before the learned Arbitrator is cross examination of the claimant, considering which it is apparent that completion of the proceedings is likely to take some time. Mr. Dharmadhikari, learned counsel for the non-applicant has no objection.

Considering the stage at which the proceedings are pending, time of six month is extended for completion of the arbitration proceeding and passing of the award.

The application is disposed of in above terms. No cost.
