Petition is being pressed only in relation to petitioner no.1. Said petitioner has been nominated on 04.09.2014 under Section 30[1][ix] of the Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Act, 1983 and is affected by the very same order i.e.

Order 1104wp539.15 08.01.2015, impugned in Writ Petition No. 1155/2015. Hence, the reasons recorded by us today while disposing of Writ Petition No.1155/2015, squarely clinch the controversy. Therefore, with similar directions and observations therein, we dispose of the present Writ Petition also. No costs.
