In the present petition, the parties have placed on record the compromise pursis. Both the parties are present before this Court and verified by their respective Counsel. The compromise pursis further shows that it is signed by respondent No.1 and his Advocate. However, petitioner did not sign the compromise pursis but, there is an affidavit of petitioner herself. The petitioner is present in the Court and she has affirmed that she is agreeable to all the terms and conditions stated in the compromise pursis.

In view of this compromise pursis, the judgment and order passed by the School Tribunal is modified in terms of compromise terms from 'A to H'.
