: 18 NOVEMBER, 2015 The revision applicant is challenging order of maintenance @ Rs.3,000/- per month granted to the non-applicant. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is agricultural labour. As against this, learned Counsel for the non-applicant has pointed out an affidavit sworn in by the applicant in this Court, wherein the occupation of the applicant is shown as 'Contractor'.

In this view of the matter, I do not think any interference is called for in the impugned order.

Criminal revision is dismissed.
