ATE : JULY 01 , 2024 We have heard Mr.Wankhade, who appears in person. The party in person has already not pressed the prayer clauses 6 and 7 of the petition.

2) The respondent Nos.2 and 3 against whom the relief is sought cannot be termed as 'State' within the meaning of Article 12 of the Constitution since they are not getting any aid from the Government.

3) In that view of the matter and considering the nature of relief claimed in the petition, we are of the view that the petition is not maintainable. As such, the petition stands disposed of.

4) Disposal of the petition shall not come in the way of the petitioner to agitate its claim before the Competent Authority.
