Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent no.1-State and the learned counsel appears for respondent no.2 through video conferencing.

The Government Resolution dated 21.12.2019 which is under challenge in this writ petition has subsequently been superseded by the Government Resolution dated 14.12.2022 which provides the manner in which post retiral benefits along with service benefits consequent upon invalidation of the tribe claim are to be released.

Thus, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for payment of post retiral benefits as also service benefits in terms of the Government Resolution dated 14.12.2022.

The decision shall be taken by the Competent Authority within two months from the date of certified copy of this order being produced before it.
