The learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal has given sound, cogent and convincing reasons while dismissing the Original Application. The learned Tribunal has found that unless a candidate secures first, second or third place in the State level tournament, he cannot be appointed against a post reserved for candidate belonging to 'sports quota'.
No error whatsoever is found out.
