The petitioner/applicant moved this application for restoration of Writ Petition No.7988/2022, which was dismissed pursuant to the order dated 13/12/2024. It is contended that due to oversight of the Counsel, he could not mark the matter and was unaware of the said conditional order.

Considering the reasons stated in the application and no objection given by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the State, the civil application is allowed. The writ petition is restored to its original position. 3.

The civil application stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
