The Petitioner by invoking the extraordinary remedy under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has sought changes in the Revenue record. It is settled that the Revenue records do not confer title. Further the Petitioner has remedies under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, for that purpose.

Writ Petition is rejected. It is out of indulgence we have not imposed costs.
