DATE : 11.02.2015 For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer made by the appellant for permission to deposit the amount is granted. The appellant shall deposit the amount within two weeks. If the amount is deposited within stipulated time, the interim order granted on 21.12.2013 shall continue until further orders. If the amount is not deposited within stipulated time, the interim order shall stand vacated without reference to the Court. If the amount is deposited within stipulated time, it shall be kept in fixed deposit in the nationalized Bank initially for the period of three years and to be renewed every year until further orders.

The respondents - claimants are at liberty to file application for withdrawal of the amount, if so advised. The civil application is allowed in the above terms.
