By order dated 22.07.2024, this Court has noted that learned Advocate Mr. T. Y. Sharif holding for Mr. A. T. Purohit, Advocate for non-applicant No.2 seeks accommodation and we would give only one chance to the applicants to make arrangement for the Advocate of their choice which should be made on or before 14.08.2024 and on that date the appearance should be filed on record. Place the matter on 28.08.2024. In case of failure on the part of applicants to engage an Advocate of their choice within the aforesaid period, the application would stand dismissed automatically without further reference to the Court.

Despite the order passed, this Court has again issued a notice to the applicants and an opportunity was granted time and again to engage the Counsel, but the
