By the present application, the applicants seek restoration of stay application.

By the order dated 02.01.2024, stay application of the applicants was dismissed for non prosecution as applicants failed to appear before this Court. It is to mention here that from the date of filing of appeal, the interim order was continued from time to time pending the stay application. 3.

Considering the submissions and reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and disposed of. Stay application is restored to its file.

Interim order granted by this Court vide order dated 15.12.2017 shall remain in force, till the next date of hearing. It is to be noted here that if the applicants failed to appear on the given date for final hearing, the Court may proceed to pass appropriate order.
