The order dated 17.12.2024 be corrected as under: "(a) In cause tile of the said order, the case no. be replaced with case no. "Criminal Application (APPW) No.199 of 2024 in Criminal Writ Petition No. 268 of 2024" instead of Criminal Writ Petition No. 268/2024.

(b) In paragraph 2, the word 'petition' be replaced with the word 'application'.

(c) Similarly, in paragraph 3 the word 'petition' be replaced with the word 'application'

(d) In paragraph 4, the words 'Criminal Writ Petition' be replaced with the words 'Criminal Application'."

Corrections be carried out accordingly and corrected order be uploaded thereafter.
