DATED : 2 nd AUGUST, 2016 The only grievance of the petitioner is that the investigation is not done properly by the Ambajhari Police station. From the affidavit filed on record by the petitioner we find that the investigation officer has changed his stand time and again.

In that view of the matter, we find that the investigation needs to be done by an independent agency. We, therefore, dispose of the petition by giving a direction that the investigation be done by the Local Crime Branch of the Nagpur Police Commissioner Office. JUDGE JUDGE Hirekhan
