The allegation against the applicants is that they were stalking and harassing a 14 years old female relative of the minor who committed suicide.

The deceased minor objected and confronted the applicants who responded by issuing serious threats of physical harm and within less than an hour the minor committed suicide.

The accusations are extremely grave and the investigation is ongoing.
