DATED : 05-03-2025 The applicant is seeking intervention on the count that he is president of the trust and would support the case of respondent no. 1.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 1, who was removed from service, submits that it is not his case that the applicant, the so called president, is in a way concerned with his removal. He further submits that respondent no. 1 had not joined the applicant as party respondent to the proceedings in the appeal before the School Tribunal. He has joined the society through secretary, who is prosecuting the present petition.

That being so, in my opinion, the presence of the applicant is not necessary for deciding the petition. The application is rejected.
